Spot: A giant crystal chandelier hangs in the middle of this Chelsea 1st-floor hot spot, illuminating the way to the booths and tables accented with candles, a very manor-esque patterned wallpaper, and even wooden lockers that ensure your hands are the only ones touching your bottle(s) of booze. Chelsea Manor also features a front lounge, complete with a mammoth projection screen, for an optimal sports atmosphere to go with your optimal buzz.

Grub: Chesea Manor’s menu is what will absolutely set your birthday party apart. New York has a well-established scene of great food, and that continues with this menu: 20+ small plates for sharing, such as charcuterie plates, beer-braised pork belly, wagyu carpaccio, and pulled wild boar sliders are accompanied by a substantial number of delicious entrees, such as spiced short rib with gorgonzola and jalapeño chili polenta, and a bacon-wrapped bratwurst with apple and onion chutney. If your mouth is already watering, just think about how good the food will be when you’re five shots deep.

The Deal: It’s really the meeting of the best of all things at Chelsea Manor: Upscale sports lounge, posh bottle-service bar, and high-end restaurant all meld together in one explosive package of magnificence. You and your birthday guests won’t know whether to drink, eat, or dance, and we suggest doing all three—although maybe not all at once, as that seems ripe for some sort of epic disaster that should be reserved for Charlie Sheen.
