Spot: With 30 flat screens, black-and-white sports photos on antiqued oak walls, and a beautiful bar that looks like a 50s scoreboard, this is no ordinary watering hole to stumble in and catch a game. Not that you won’t be stumbling out later—it is a birthday party, after all. There’s also the “The Library,” a private area where you can let your inner sports nut go crazy without fear of consequence. Well… maybe leave that beer helmet at home, though.

Grub: The décor separates Bounce from the pack, but the menu is where it really pulls away from the crowd. It’s all the game-day favorites, just, ya know, way better: truffle mac & cheese (including fontina and gruyere), tempura fish & chips (with piquillo pepper aioli), sloppy duck leg confit, and fried pork belly skewers are just a sample of the offerings that accompany a whatever spirit you’ll be throwing down the hatch—Bounce has plenty of options there as well.
