On a Thursday night, after work, my entire office cleared out and headed straight to Katwalk. I work at a PR agency right by Katwalk. We were celebrating one of our co-workers 27th birthday! She didn't want to do anything big but this just seemed like a no-brainer. The after work birthday party ended up stretching on till the late, late hours. I loved it and actually considering doing my birthday there too (as long as I don't get accused of being a copy-cat).
I thought Katwalk was decent, I am definitely rushing back but wouldn't be opposed to possibly going again in the future. It was very crowded and tough to get a drink but I can see Katwalk being a fun time, if there weren't that many people fighting to get a drink. I think Katwalk is a typical New York City bar but with some really cool features - solid upstairs room if you're looking to break away from the passes (still crowded) and the music was definitely popping. Would consider checking out Katwalk again...
